Private Sale Token Distribution
Round 1 and Round 2 participants will receive their first distribution of private sale tokens on July 11th
In order to be fully transparent with our community, we have outlined the token allocation and vesting schedule for all STPT tokens. We have also provided a breakdown of upcoming token movements for our private sale investors.
Upcoming Token Movements:
- ~42,000,000 STPT tokens unlocked and distributed to Round 1 investors
- ~7,000,000 STPT tokens unlocked and distributed to Round 2 investors
This first round of just under 50m STPT tokens will be distributed on July 11th, 2019 to our investors, and will be deposited directly into their STPT wallet addresses around 7:00pm EST.
This distribution includes a bonus amount of tokens amounting to an increase of 1.58% (Round 1 investors) and 1.02% (Round 2 investors) on each person’s token investments for supporting us through the terms changes. This means if you bought 1,000,000 STPT in the private sale, you will receive an additional 15,802 STPT (Round 1) or 10,184 STPT (Round 2) as a bonus!
The bonus tokens will be distributed on the same schedule as all other private sale tokens.
**It is important that all Round 1 investors respond to the email confirming the ERC20 wallet address where they would like to receive their STPT tokens**
Going forward, investors can expect to receive an automatic monthly distribution of the same amount into the same wallet.
