*Announcement*: Bonus Tokens
During our private sale, we set aside an allocation of tokens just for our community of supporters, letting them participate on the same terms as our institutional backers because we recognize the value of our community. So last week, when our token lockup terms changed just before our IEO, we quickly did two things:
- Voluntarily changed the lockup on our own tokens, increasing it to 3 years and pushing our vesting cliff out an extra 7 months to Jan. 2020
- Offered a full refund to any investor, no questions asked
We were very happy to see the STPT community prove their commitment to our long-term vision, which is why we have decided to show our appreciation by giving them all tokens from those who refunded as a thank you. After refunding about $1m and matching refunders with interested buyers OTC, we are giving close to 10 million STPT tokens back to our community!
At current prices, we are giving out approximately $300,000 USD worth of STP tokens!
How it works
Every single STP community member with a signed Token Sale Agreement will receive extra STPT tokens in their wallet based on their initial contribution percentage, just for being a loyal supporter of STP Network. If you have tokens through other channels rather than directly through us, be sure to communicate with the Token Sale Agreement holder about getting your extra tokens.
You do not have to do anything to receive these tokens! They will automatically be distributed into your wallet each month.
These tokens will be distributed on the same schedule as the rest of your tokens — monthly over 12 months, beginning on July 11th.
